Rediscovering yourself…How easily one can give advices to others, but it is pretty difficult to oneself. It is quite natural to have downfalls then weep over it ,while very few discovers an opportunity in it.

It is highly unusual to recognise the fact that most of us keep the key to happiness not with us. A missed opportunity ,an unfulfilled dream or an emotional scar there are plenty out there to take away the smile on our faces and put a fake grin. It’s human instinct to lookout for more, but in reality are we collecting the correct pieces ?.. Remember the bigger picture and when the surrounding pieces comes right , you realise that one single piece which you thought was placed correctly , is misplaced.

While we all are in race for surge of dopamine levels, unpleasant situations are accidents. The recovery is varied.

Rediscovering part

Have the bigger picture in mind always, not because it reduces accidents but it lightens the thrust. Moreover a clear direction will be reflected in our activities. The calamity may be unavoidable but some consider it as reprioritization phase.

Exercises to the mind and body are effective methods to re-ignite the fuel. The clarity comes from within and is always desirable. A healthy body and mind bring you the peace that you can never buy from.

Good social network helps to keep ourself engaging and lively. Be it online or offline, the conjuncture of lively social circumstances relieves us from bitterness of certain life events.

Not everyone of us is gifted with mindset of finding an opportunity in adversity. But when you see one , go grab it. Consider it as lesson learned bitterly. The idea of acceptance reduces the complications to none. There is a quote in one of my favourite movies, Kung fu Panda-

You are too concerned with what was and what will be. There’s a saying: Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.- Master Oogway

The key to happiness rests upon none other than you. It is our reactions to the situations make things vulnerable. The more you are materialistic the lesser the opportunities to collect the right pieces of the puzzle. Do not limit yourself to the boundaries set by others. The thirst for correct pieces must be unquenchable.
